The European Investment Bank pulished a document to enlist the “Environmental and Social Standards” to be adhered to by upcoiming investment projects.

This Standard promotes an integrated approach to impact assessment and risk management by ensuring that environmental, climate, social and human rights1 considerations are addressed and taken into account in the decision-making processes.

The quantitive analysis of the ESG aspects – carried out according to the typical Risk Management methodological approach – thus assume a central relevance on the financal evaluation of a project.

There is a growing demand for independent third parties elavuation by Validation Bodies accredited as per programs focused on the evaluation of the ESG risk level exposure.
