Managing Partner, Governance Advisors, expert in corporate governance consultancy, in particular on risk management, audit and compliance.
Served as vice president of GC. Managerial experience in international companies in Spain, as Spagna CFO of Unichips España and Manager Admnistration & Finance in Albright & Wilson Iberica. Controller Alitalia Cargo Division and reporting in charge at New York Stock Exchange for Montedison. Started his career as auditor at Coopers & Lybrand.
He serves in different positions as Indipendent Director, Compliance Committee 231 and Data Protection Officer.

Speaker and lecturer at various seminars and training programs organized by Borsa Academy; editor of the Italian version of the book “Guida pratica alla corporate governance” (Handbook for Corporate Governance), “Governance per la trasformazione digitale” (Governance for digital transformation) and the Harvard Business Review insert on “La sfida della Governance” (the Governance Challenge).
Collaborator with L’Impresa, Harvard Business Review, Internal Audit and his is the author of numerous articles on governance and digital transformation.
